Refund policy
Since all of our meats and other farm products are perishable, we use a case-by-case policy. We strive to always be fair and understanding, and hope you always experience the utmost respect and professionalism.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your Doctor Family Farms products for a valid reason, please contact doctorfamilyfarms@gmail.com or call (260) 704-2874 within 7 days of receipt. Inspect your meat upon delivery/pickup and report any issues with packaging or cuts to receive a replacement.
We’ll review your concern and provide a resolution, which may include replacing the product or issuing a partial/full refund. Since we can’t physically inspect the product, we may request photos of the label and reported damage.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
